HR professional with 3-6 years of experience
to lead
end-to-end HR activities
- from hiring the right talent to building a positive workplace culture.
Location -
Mumbai
What you'll do:
Own the full recruitment & onboarding process.
Manage HR operations, payroll coordination & exits.
Support performance management & training initiatives.
Drive employee engagement & culture-building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies.
What we're looking for:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance & HRMS tools.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
