Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Handle employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management.
Support in employee engagement activities and HR events.
Help ensure compliance with HR policies, rules, and regulations.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in HR (Internship experience will be considered).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
