We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
with at least 1 year of experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and compliance documents.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 year of proven experience in HR operations/recruitment.
Good knowledge of HR functions (payroll, compliance, employee relations).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
