Key Responsibilities
o Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles at the plant, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Payroll & Salary Administration:
Handle accurate and timely processing of salaries, attendance, and full & final settlements.
Statutory Compliance:
Manage PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance
Maintain statutory records and coordinate audits
Liaise with government departments as necessary
Factory HR & General Administration:
Oversee daily HR functions within the plant
Maintain attendance and leave records
Address employee grievances and implement welfare initiatives
Contract Labour Management:
Coordinate with manpower contractors
Monitor compliance, attendance, and documentation
Conduct periodic audits and inspections
Coordination with Local Authorities:
Maintain relationships with local government and ensure compliance with all local statutory and legal requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate or Post-Graduate in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a plant or factory environment
Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, and compliance matters
Proficient in HRMS/payroll systems
Good interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills
Ability to handle HR responsibilities independently at the plant level
