Manage payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and background verification.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records.
Support employees with queries and grievance resolution.
Assist with performance reviews, training, and HR policies
