Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports for management review. Support HR operations including attendance, compliance, and employee engagement. Act as a point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and consultants. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process for new hires.

Candidate Profile:

1-3 years of recruitment experience (manufacturing/plant preferred). Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle hiring processes independently. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
