Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and offer rollouts.
Support onboarding activities including documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support payroll processing by collating attendance, leave, and related data.
Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).
Employee Engagement & Communication
Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Promote healthy workplace culture and positive employee relations.
Compliance & Policy Support
Ensure proper documentation for statutory compliance.
Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support audits and reporting as required.
Learning & Development
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Support performance management process (goal-setting, appraisals).
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee engagement).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving and time-management skills.
