Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Joining Formalities
Prepare offer and appointment letters for new employees.
Create and maintain employee records in TCS.
Introduce new joiners to the organization and share new joiner announcements via email.
Coordinate preparation of ID cards and visiting cards.
2. Attendance Management
Maintain daily attendance records of staff and workers.
Identify and report attendance irregularities/disciplinary issues.
Track late marks & send related communication.
Maintain disciplinary records.
3. Travel Desk & Hotel Bookings
Coordinate hotel bookings for clients.
4. Housekeeping & Telephone Board
Handle telephone board and direct calls appropriately.
Answering, connecting, and transferring telephone calls.
Manage housekeeping materials and ensure adequate supply of cleaning essentials.
5. Apprenticeship Lifecycle
Manage recruitment & documentation of apprentices.
Submit required documents to apprenticeship portal.
Prepare relieving letters & certificates for apprentices.
6. AMC & Purchase Orders (POs)
Follow up on AMC quotations and obtain approvals.
Arrange office stationery and create indent requests in TCS.
Generate POs, obtain approvals, and track uniforms/shoes records.
7. Billing Procedures
Verify invoices and seek necessary approvals.
8. Organizational Announcements
Post birthday artwork and messages via email.
Draft and circulate official notices.
9. Training & L&D
Assist in training programs and L&D activities.
Maintain training records and track employee participation.
10. HR & Admin Support
Handle additional HR & Admin responsibilities as required.
