Liaise with IT recruitment vendors to manage staffing requirements.
Share job requirements with vendors, track submissions, and follow up on shortlisted candidates.
Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback.
Manage offer release process and coordinate pre-joining formalities with vendors and candidates.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review.
Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Provide payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management support.
Support implementation of HR policies, compliance requirements, and audits.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in HR operations with IT recruitment vendor coordination.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, offer management, and onboarding.
Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems and basic compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
