Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Manage employee onboarding.
Maintain HR records and employee database.
Assist in employee engagement activities and monthly celebrations.
Handle employee queries.
Support HR policies and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR / Management or related field.
6 months - 1 year of HR experience (recruitment, operations, or generalist).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & HR software/tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
