We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR practices align with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
:
End to End recruitment efforts including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal data, etc.) in both digital and hard copy format.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
Support in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help coordinate training and development programs.
Support the performance appraisal process.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure confidentiality of employee data and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with internships may also apply depending on the role level).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience in handling payroll and employee engagement activities.
