Prepare, process, and maintain accurate payroll on a monthly basis.
Attendance Management:
Monitor, verify, and update daily attendance records of all employees.
Salary Administration:
Prepare and distribute monthly salary slips to employees on time.
Statutory Compliance:
Handle
PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF
calculations, deductions, and timely filing of returns.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to employee benefits and contributions.
Branch Coordination:
Visit
Darukhana office branch
as and when required for HR-related tasks and employee support.
Employee Support:
Address employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, and statutory benefits.
Documentation & Records:
Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and statutory registers.
Reporting:
Generate and share regular HR and payroll reports with management.
Oversee
day-to-day office administration
including stationery, office supplies, and housekeeping.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff for smooth office operations.
Manage courier, dispatch, office equipment, and AMC services.
Support management in arranging meetings, travel bookings, and office events.
Ensure proper upkeep and safety of office premises.
Handle visitor management and assist in general office support tasks.
