Position Summary
The HR Executive will handle routine HR tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, basic recruitment support, and employee coordination. The role is focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations under the guidance of the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Post job advertisements on various platforms.
Collect and screen CVs as per given requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Assist with joining formalities (documents collection, ID cards, induction support).
Documentation & Records
Maintain employee personal files (bank details, NOK, certificates, letters).
Update leave applications and attendance records.
Prepare and issue basic HR letters (experience, confirmation, appreciation) as instructed.
Employee Support
Address simple employee queries and escalate complex matters to HR Manager.
Assist in organizing small team events or activities.
Administration Assistance
Keep track of travel-related documents (tickets, visas, insurance copies).
Support in filing HR/Admin emails and correspondence.
Help arrange office/virtual meetings (sending invites, sharing links).
General HR Operations
Ensure daily HR trackers are updated.
Check HR-related emails and flag important ones.
Provide coordination support between departments when required.
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR practices.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel & Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR operations (freshers can apply).
