Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related documentation.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Support training, development, and performance management processes.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
