team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a facilities or operations environment. You will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, attendance, compliance, vendor coordination, and employee welfare activities for the facilities staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for facilities and support staff (housekeeping, security, technicians, etc.)
Maintain attendance records and prepare monthly reports
Coordinate with vendors for manpower supply and verify invoices
Ensure statutory compliance - ESI, PF, labour laws for outsourced staff
Prepare and issue appointment letters, ID cards, and other HR documents
Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for facilities staff
Address grievances and disciplinary issues in coordination with the Admin/Facilities Head
Maintain updated records of leave, shift schedules, and overtime
Handle petty cash claims and coordinate for staff welfare and uniform distribution
Assist in audit and compliance documentation
Prepare MIS reports as required by management
