) is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals. The key verticals within the company are personal care, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates. We have 4 manufacturing location in Maharashtra and Gujarat with head office in Mumbai. We focus on Niche products and 75% of our revenue is from exports.

Key Requirements:



Experience in HRMS: updating employee data, attendance & shift tracking, and issue resolution. Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, manpower planning, and full & final settlements. Ensure accurate biometric attendance and coordinate payroll with finance. Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, returns, and contract employee wages. Generate HR analytics (attrition, absenteeism, headcount) and support process improvements. Address employee queries and assist in HR policy implementation and labor law compliance. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, trainings, and workshops. Manage factory-related compliance: Form 27, 11, 13, MIDC, MPCB, audits, and mock drills. Responsible for utility bills, medical check-ups, property tax, and statutory filings. Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-7 years' HR experience (preferably in manufacturing), proficient in MS Office.
