We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee recruitment, job postings, resume screening, interviews, and on boarding.
2. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
3. Maintain employee records, including personnel files and attendance.
4. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
6. Support employee engagement initiatives.
7. Ensure HR policies comply with current labor laws.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
