We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The candidate will be expected to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, payroll inputs, and compliance, while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing
Monitor staff performance and organize performance appraisals
Plan and execute training, workshops, and team-building activities
Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws
Requirements:
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
