Responsibilities and Duties



- Recruitment through various recruitment agencies and job portals

- Leave and attendance Management

- Payroll Administration

- Statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, PT)

- Co-ordinate with the team leads for proper and smooth delivery of the trainings

- Plan annual performance reviews

- Handling Employee grievances

- Ensuring smooth process for separation

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications



-Graduate: BBA (HR) / MBA (hr)

- 1-2 years of Experience into the HR Domain
