Job Title: HR Executive Location: [Nagpur] Job Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / Head - Human Resources Experience: 0-5 years (preferably in the real estate or construction sector) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and performance management, while supporting the company's mission to build a strong and sustainable workforce. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment for site and office roles. Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, schedule interviews. Coordinate background verification and manage onboarding formalities. Employee Engagement & Relations: Implement employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing internal events. Address employee queries and grievances professionally and promptly. Maintain a healthy and productive work environment. HR Operations: Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS systems. Ensure timely preparation and issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents. Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll for timely processing. Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and internal policies. Assist in audits and documentation required for statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.). Performance Management: Support the performance review process, goal-setting, and appraisal documentation. Coordinate training and development programs as required. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR (real estate/construction sector preferred). Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
