HR job experience in MARINE / SHIPPING Field will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities of Candidate will be as follows

:-

1) Recruiting and hiring new employees, and training them to succeed in their roles

2) Managing employee grievances, and ensuring employer-employee relations are healthy

3) Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

4) Maintaining HR records

5) Developing and implementing programs to improve employee performance

6) Creating a safe work environment

7) Managing leave, attendance and employee query and grievance.

8) Responsible for employee engagement and team productivity

9) Develop employee recognition and rewards programs

10) Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

11) Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management

Job Requirement & Qualification of Candidate will be as follows :-

1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

2) 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field

3) Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics

4) Skilled in negotiation when dealing with new hires and payroll matters

5) Proficient understanding of the complete HR cycle

6) Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
