Recruitment:
o Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
o Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
o Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Compensation & Benefits:
o Handling monthly payroll (salary statement preparation) and yearly forms for employees.
o Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
o Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
HR Administration:
o Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
o Handling administration of all contract labor.
o Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
HR Management:
o Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
o Dispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules & compliance guidelines.

Should have advance verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
Required Experience and Qualifications
MBA with 3-4 yrs of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
