Key Responsibilities
:
Make daily outbound calls to potential candidates as per hiring needs.
Source candidates through various platforms such as job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
Implement creative and strategic sourcing techniques to attract quality profiles.
Maintain and manage trackers for call logs and candidate pipeline.
Conduct preliminary telephonic screening to assess the suitability of candidates.
Maintain strong follow-up with potential candidates for interview availability and feedback.
Requirements
:
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in recruitment.
BBA in HR
is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven work culture.
