Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
Conduct reference checks, background verification, and handle offer negotiations.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including induction, orientation programs, and necessary documentation.
Oversee exit formalities and ensure proper handovers during employee offboarding.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Ensure all HR policies are communicated effectively to employees and maintain records for compliance audits.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee morale.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, promoting open communication and resolution strategies.
Organize team-building activities, workshops, and corporate events to encourage team bonding.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist in payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and leave management.
Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement and handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, and benefits.
Support in administering employee benefits like health insurance, performance bonuses, and other perks.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking review cycles, collecting feedback, and coordinating evaluation meetings.
Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and help organize training sessions.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
Generate and analyze HR reports related to recruitment, attrition, employee engagement, etc., and provide insights to management.
Employee Development & Training:
Assist in identifying training needs across departments and organizing internal/external training programs.
Facilitate career development plans for employees and track progress with their respective managers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1-3 years as an HR Executive or similar role in a Digital Marketing Agency.
