Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience :
Minimum of 1-3 years in Human Resources and as well as Admin preferred (BPO or IT industry).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment activities for night shift operations (screening, scheduling, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and shift rosters.
Address employee queries and grievances related to HR policies and processes.
Coordinate with training, payroll, and admin departments for smooth functioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Prepare and share regular HR reports with management.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives for night shift employees.
