Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates
- Handle bulk and retail-specific hiring
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes
- Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll inputs
- Support compliance and HR audits
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities
- Address employee queries and provide timely resolutions
Other HR Support Functions as required
Desired Candidate Profile:
? 1-5 years of HR experience (mandatory)
? Proven track record in
retail

? Strong knowledge of HR operations and documentation
? Excellent communication & coordination skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
