Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our Human Resources team. This role will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about people and plays a key role in nurturing our culture and supporting employee success.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs
Support grievance handling and foster a positive work environment
Conduct employee feedback and surveys
Performance & Training
Support performance appraisal and feedback cycles
Coordinate internal and external training sessions
Track and report on HR metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience (preferably in a tech or IT company)
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Pay: ?10,621.15 - ?33,767.55 per month
