Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles
Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and grievance handling
Support performance reviews and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Maintain HR records, payroll inputs & statutory documentation
Drive training, development, and internal HR initiatives
Requirements
MBA in HR with 2+ years of experience (real estate preferred)
Strong in communication, compliance, and team coordination
Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?550,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
