Oversee and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics
Assist in performance management and employee relations
Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations

Experience in supervising HR functions
Proficiency in strategic planning for HR initiatives
Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, Taleo, PeopleSoft
Knowledge of talent management practices
Understanding of contract negotiations and organization design
Ability to collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategies
