HR Functions:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a positive work environment.

Payroll and Benefits:

Overseeing payroll processing, managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining employee files, updating HR databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of employee information.

Administrative Functions:

Office Management:

Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Compliance:

Ensuring the organization adheres to relevant labor laws and company policies.

General Administrative Support:

Answering phones, managing emails, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.

Pay: ?10,620.60 - ?25,000.00 per month
