We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to support the full spectrum of HR operations. You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, strengthen employee engagement, and support the HR function in a structured and fast-paced environment across our Global Locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction
Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and HR documentation
Assist in payroll inputs, leave and attendance tracking
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, labor laws) and assist in audit documentation
Coordinate performance reviews, training programs, and internal communication
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR
2-3 years of HR experience
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High ethical standards and confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
