We are a startup looking for an experienced and senior HR to handle our human resourcing needs and all HR-related requirements. The ideal candidate should have expertise in setting up complete HR compliance within the company, monitoring staff performance, and managing new hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
Monitor staff performance and establish performance evaluation systems.
Handle payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave policies.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Ensure timely and efficient workforce planning and talent acquisition.
Develop and implement training and development programs.
Maintaining reports and drafting letters
