Job Description

Recruitment & Staffing

Managing end-to-end hiring process Screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees Coordinating with departments for manpower planning

Employee Onboarding & Induction

Conducting orientation programs Ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the organization

Attendance & Leave Management

Maintaining employee attendance records Managing leave requests and approvals Ensuring compliance with leave policies

Payroll & Compensation

Processing monthly payroll Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS) Maintaining salary records and issuing payslips

Employee Relations

Addressing employee grievances Promoting a healthy work environment Supporting conflict resolution and disciplinary action if needed

Performance Management

Coordinating appraisals and evaluations Assisting in setting KPIs and tracking performance

Training & Development

Identifying training needs Organizing skill development programs and workshops

Policy Development & Compliance

Drafting and updating HR policies Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

HR Documentation & Reporting

Maintaining employee records and personal files Preparing HR reports for management (MIS, attrition, etc.)

Exit & Final Settlement Process

Handling resignations, exit interviews, and clearance formalities Processing full & final settlements

Pay: ?35,000.00 per month
