Position: HR Generalist
Salary Package (CTC/Year): (INR 2.4L - 3.4L)
Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai
Preferred: 2+ Years of experience in HR Field
Skills: Microsoft Office, Mailing, Strong Communication Skills & Latest AI Applications Skills

Requirements:

1. HR Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
objectives.
- Partner with senior management to identify HR priorities and develop plans to addressthem.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
in talent acquisition and retention.

2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely
fulfillment of vacancies.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment laws.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and
productivity.

4. Performance Management:

- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance
evaluations, and feedback.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best
practices.
- Identify opportunities for employee development and career growth.

5. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and develop training programs to address skill gaps and
enhance employee capabilities
