Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Good knowledge of labor laws, payroll practices, and HR operations.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools (e.g., Excel, HRMS, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle data confidentially and professionally.
