Job Description

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment and a basic understanding of payroll processes. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines. Maintain and update employee records and documentation. Provide assistance in basic payroll-related tasks and attendance management. Support HR operations such as documentation, data entry, and employee queries. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Requirements:



Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in recruitment. Basic knowledge of payroll processes and HR documentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in

rotational shifts

. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Female candidates preferred.

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
