Key Responsibilities:



Assist in

recruitment processes

, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files) both manually and electronically. Manage

payroll inputs

Handle employee

queries

Prepare HR-related reports such as staff and leave records. Ensure adherence to internal HR policies. Support in organizing company engagement activities. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or PGDM in HR Approx 7 to 10 years of experience in an HR role. Knowledge of HR practices, and statutory compliance in India. Proficient in MS Office Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in handling recruitment and onboarding independently.
