Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or PGDM in HR
Approx 7 to 10 years of experience in an HR role.
Knowledge of HR practices, and statutory compliance in India.
Proficient in MS Office
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling recruitment and onboarding independently.
