Key Responsibilities:



1.

Recruitment & Onboarding



Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs. Post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates. Facilitate new employee onboarding and documentation.
2.

HR Operations & Documentation



Maintain employee records and update HRIS system regularly. Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation. Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data.
3.

Statutory Compliance & Policies



Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Support in audits, data submission, and reporting as required. Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role. Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
