to manage day-to-day HR operations for our coaching institute, which includes coordinating with teaching staff, managing student engagement activities, and assisting with institute-level events and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong execution skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules and communication with teaching staff
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and documentation of new faculty and admin staff
Plan and support student events, PTMs, celebrations, and academic activities
Maintain attendance, timesheets, and basic payroll inputs
Handle internal communication with parents, students, and staff professionally
Draft circulars, notices, and emails with clarity and correctness
Support day-to-day operational and admin tasks as required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or operations
Strong execution and follow-up skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Good with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic coordination tools (WhatsApp, email, Google Forms)
Energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced academic environment
Preferred
Prior experience in a school, coaching institute, or training center
Ability to multitask and manage event coordination
