Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll processing and employee attendance tracking
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Prepare HR reports and dashboards as needed
Support performance review and appraisal processes
Coordinate with external vendors for training and HR services
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of HR experience preferred
Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS systems
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
Experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Exposure to payroll software or ERP systems
Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus

As per industry standards
