Monitor new joiners' performance, conduct evaluations, and facilitate the appraisal process.
Participate in salary negotiations to align with company budgets while attracting top talent.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate tailored training programs to support employee development and career growth.
Contribute to employee retention strategies and assist in succession planning.
Ensure company policies are adhered to and comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring data protection compliance.
Collaborate with leadership to implement diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture initiatives.
Oversee payroll processing for 100+ employees, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursement, and compliance with regulations.
