Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, induction sessions, and system setup coordination.
2. Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, provide guidance, and foster a supportive workplace culture.
3. HR Operations:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs for timely processing.
Draft HR letters such as offer letters, experience certificates, and salary slips.
4. Policy Implementation:
Support the communication and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
Assist in periodic policy updates and ensure employee awareness and compliance.
5. Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs by identifying needs, scheduling sessions, and managing feedback.
Maintain records of training attendance and employee skill development progress.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, including headcount, attrition, and employee performance data, for management review.
