Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leaves, etc.).
Prepare HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding guides.
Assist in
recruitment
--job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Support the
payroll process
by sharing accurate employee data (leaves, attendance).
Answer employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Help organize events, travel, and process reimbursements.
Prepare simple HR reports as needed.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of
payroll
is a
plus
; if not,
willingness to learn
is important.
Familiarity with
recruitment
processes.
Good knowledge of
MS Office
(Word, Excel).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Graduate or MBA in HR or related field.
