Position Summary:
The HR Executive will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process across Chindalia's locations in Mumbai and internationally. The primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening, calling candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The HR Executive ensures the right talent is recruited in a timely and effective manner, aligning with the company's workforce planning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments and global locations.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and social media.
Make initial contact with candidates via phone/email, introduce the company, and explain job roles clearly.
Schedule and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers for technical rounds and final interviews.
Maintain candidate tracking systems and recruitment records for each role/location.
Candidate Engagement:
Build positive rapport with potential candidates and ensure a professional, courteous interaction.
Respond to queries from applicants and keep them informed of application status and feedback.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordination & Documentation:
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal teams.
Gather required documents and verify candidate background details before onboarding.
Support in preparing offer letters and follow up for acceptance and joining confirmation.
Recruitment for Global Locations:
Collaborate with overseas managers and recruitment agencies, if applicable, to fulfill international hiring needs.
Stay updated with visa requirements, cultural considerations, and local labor laws as needed.
HR Administration Support:
Assist in maintaining employee records and recruitment databases.
Participate in new hire onboarding and induction processes.
Support other HR functions like training, employee engagement, and compliance when required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency a must)
Confident, clear, and persuasive on phone calls
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws (preferred)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email etiquette, and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
PG Diploma HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in HR will also be considered
