We are looking for an HR Executive to manage employee records, assist in payroll coordination, handle HR documentation, and support daily HR operations. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records & internal HR databases
Assist in preparing contracts, onboarding kits, and policy documents
Coordinate with vendors & ensure legal compliance
Support payroll by sharing leave and attendance data
Respond to employee queries & help with HR reports
Must have knowledge in Recruitment
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in HR admin or similar roles
Proficient in MS Office
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to multitask & prioritize
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
