Key Responsibilities
Maintain Employee Records - Manage accurate and up-to-date HR databases and personnel files.
Payroll Support - Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and statutory deductions.
Compliance Management - Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
HR Operations - Oversee daily administrative tasks like attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates and prepare and maintain MIS reports related to HR operations.
Grievance Handling - Address employee concerns professionally and escalate where necessary.
Skills & Requirements
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication in English, Gujarati, Hindi
Proficiency in using job portals and HRMS
Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
