Understand job requirements and create clear, appealing job descriptions
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes
Prepare and collect employee documentation (offer letters, ID proofs, etc.)
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth joining experience
Introduce company policies, culture, and team members
Maintain employee databases and HRMIS systems
