Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct background verification and manage the onboarding formalities of new hires.
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation (e.g., offer letters, confirmation, increment letters, etc.)
Support exit formalities including clearance and full & final settlement documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, surveys, and events.
Help in resolving employee grievances and act as a communication bridge between employees and HR management.
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions and feedback collection.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
