Employee relations

: Resolving employee issues, managing disputes, and ensuring fair treatment of employees.

Recruitment

: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Performance management

: Conducting performance reviews and aligning human capital with organizational objectives.

Employee records

: Maintaining employee data, including leaves, medical, and attendance records.

Policies

: Ensuring employees comply with company policies and ensuring HR policies are compliant.

Communication

: Building relationships with employees at all levels and communicating effectively.

Payroll:

Attendance preparation, Leave Management, Working days calculation, Salary and incentive calculation, Deductions calculation on Excel
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
