Responsibilities

Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes. Utilize HR software systems for employee data management and reporting. Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and provide constructive feedback. Manage conflict resolution processes to ensure a positive work environment. Negotiate employment terms and present HR policies to employees effectively. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Requirements

Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. Proven experience in human resources roles with a focus on talent management and employee relations. Strong knowledge of Payroll Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate HR policies clearly to employees at all levels. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
